2025 Vendor Applications
The 170th Winnebago County Fair kicks off on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. This is an event that you will definitely want to be a part of. Why? Because…The Winnebago County Fair is one of the most affordable Fairs for families to attend because ALL Fair-goers may attend all of the events and activities for only the cost of their Gate Admission! AND more Fair-goers mean more potential customers for you!
To RESERVE your space at the 2025 Winnebago County Fair:
- SUBMIT APPLICATION MATERIALS and down payment by JUNE 1 (receive a 5% discount if you pay in full by June 1.)

- SUBMIT PAPERWORK for Required Documentation (insurance, vendor info for S-240, etc.) by JUNE 15.

AND - Certificate of Insurance (provide a copy)
- Vendor Information for FORM S-240
- SUBMIT PROMOTIONAL INFORMATION as soon as possible to be included in Fair Marketing Materials.
- List of Items for Sale and/or Menu
- Short (2-3 sentence) Promotional Blurb and/or photos for Social Media posts
- Marketing materials/links for your business (to include in Fair Advertising)
Vendor FAQ
Make sure to SECURE ALL PERMITS and KNOW ALL SAFETY REGULATIONS that are applicable to your business/booth-type BEFORE the start of the County Fair. The Fair and all it’s exhibitors/vendors are subject to compliance inspections at the event. It is the responsibility of the vendor to know the specific codes, licenses and regulations pertaining to their business.

Temporary event operators must complete and submit Form S-240 with information about each event vendor to the WI Department of Revenue (DOR) within 10 business days after the close of the event.
A temporary event is an occasion, activity, or function at which merchandise is sold or traded or taxable services are provided. An event can be on one or consecutive days. It may reoccur on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
